Self-care | Group Therapy | No Obligation

Most people learn social skills naturally simply by being around others in life, yet that isn’t the case for everyone. Some individuals, like those on the autism spectrum, may be unable to grasp unspoken social cues instinctively. This can have a negative impact on mental health & well-being, by limiting the quality or quantity of desired relationships.

The goal of this support group is for youth & young adults to enhance social competence. Led by Ricki-Lee Gillespie & Celeste Murphy, our psychologists aim to support learning in a safe space with like-minded others. It’s an obligation free group, currently being held bi-weekly, you can sign-up for as often as you like.
