We strive to make our services as accessible as possible, because we don't want financial status to be a barrier to mental healthcare. Our clinic offers low cost counselling as an alternative to standard therapy sessions. Payment plans or other options may be available on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Low Cost Counselling

We charge $60 per session. Please note there is LIMITED AVAILABILITY for these sessions, and they're done at our discretion.

At our clinic, counselling services are provided by a student who is completing their clinical training, and supervised by a licensed practitioner. They will typically work best for those who are looking for short-term solutions or have financial limitations. Because services are being provided by a student, we are able to offer sessions at a low cost. It also means that the practitioner providing the counselling may change, as students complete their practicum hours.
Therapy services are provided by a certified registered psychologist. These sessions may provide short or long-term solutions depending on individual need. Once you begin sessions with your psychologist, you will continue to see the same practitioner for the duration of your therapy at our clinic?
